How Do I Report a Bug or Dashboard Issue?

If you run into a bug or something isn’t working quite right in your MyGig dashboard, we’re here to help!

To report an issue, please open a support ticket and include the following:


  • A brief description of the issue you're experiencing

  • A screenshot or screen recording (if possible)

  • Your browser and device info (e.g., Chrome on Windows 11, Safari on iPhone 13)
