If you’re not receiving important MyGig emails (like payment notifications or partner updates), they might be getting filtered into your bulk, junk, or spam folder.
Here’s how to make sure our emails land safely in your inbox.
Log in to your MyGig dashboard.
Click the Profile tab located in the upper middle of your screen.
You’ll land on the Contact Info section (default view).
Right under the Contact Info, you’ll see a message that says:
"Is email from us landing in your bulk or junk folder? Click Here”
A window will pop up titled Choose Your Email Provider.
From the dropdown, select your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, etc.).
Follow the on-screen instructions. Most providers will ask you to:
Add our email address (support@naxumtemplate.com) to your Address Book or Contacts.
Save the changes to ensure emails from us are not marked as spam.
Still Not Seeing Our Emails?
Check for filters or rules that may be redirecting them. You can also reach out to support if you're still having trouble after whitelisting.
